Today, nothing in the software: both plans unlock live order routing to your connected brokers, with the same risk controls. Ultimate-only features will be listed here, and in the release notes, once the software enforces them.
Yes. Lite is $1,000/year and Ultimate is $3,000/year, less than twelve monthly payments. Monthly and yearly billing are separate checkouts on this page.
Yes. Cancel from the billing page in the customer portal. Live trading stays active until the end of the paid period. After that the license expires: there's no free fallback, and TigerTradeBot stops running until you subscribe again. Your data stays on your computer.
Stripe retries the charge and we email you about it. Your license stays valid until the end of the period you have already paid for; if the payment still hasn't gone through by then, the license expires.
Plan changes aren't self-service yet. Contact support and we will make the change for you.
A license is for one person, on the computers they use: see the License Agreement. If you run into a device limit, contact support.
Refund terms are in the Terms of Service. For any billing problem, contact support.
